Our Artisan Grappas
From the many years of experience and selection of our grapes by the Master Distiller Giuseppe Castelli, we get the three monovitigno schnapps of Cascina Bertolotto, as well as an excellence of Italian distillation the “Branda 55°” selected, aged for more than ten years, produced in limited quantities and reserved for the Friends of Grappa.

Produced in limited quantities, the Branda 55° is produced with wine from the typical Areas of Barolo, distilled three times and bottled by hand.
With a bright color, selected and aged for more than ten years by master distiller Giuseppe Castelli, it is distinguished by intense scents of ripe fruit and an intense warm and rich flavor, with a long and enveloping finish. It constitutes an excellence of Italian distillation and each bottle is sealed with a layer of wax.
Nebbiolo’s artisanal grappa “I Confini”
Homemade grappa obtained from the wine from Nebbiolo grapes grown and fresh harvests inside Cascina Bertolotto.
From the selection and distillation of winemakers by the Master Distiller Giuseppe Castelli, you get a brandy with amber unloaded color, with a sharp scent and a savory hint of apricot woods in which he stays for six months. Austere taste, warm and pleasant.
Moscato’s artisanal grappa “La Muscatela”
Artisan grappa obtained from the wine from Moscato grapes grown and freshly harvested inside Cascina Bertolotto.
From the selection and distillation of winemakers by master distiller Giuseppe Castelli, you get a brandy with a clear color, with an engaging and intense scent, typical of freshly harvested muscat grapes, with a soft, deep flavor, with unmistakable richness of fruity aromas, with a delicately sweet and persistent aftertaste.
